Key Account Management and Support functions

At Orkla Foods Distribution Partner, we organise our key account management through multi-disciplinary teams of experts in key account management, consumer behaviour, category development and space management. In cooperation with marketing and the salesforce, the team take use of digital tools to compile all relevant information – from competitors, categories and customers and from our own in-store presence – to initiate effective promotional activities that benefit both you and the customers.

We use Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software, which automates our campaign analysis, through input from various sources. TPM also provides quality assurance to all the steps in the campaing processes itself, making sure that everything is in place when the campaing starts. Employing digital aids of this kind, we can continually optimise both tactical and longer-term sales activities.
