The customer is always right! That’s why it’s really important to us that the trade considers us to be among the top 3 suppliers in the areas that are important to us and, not least, to you as our customer.
Out of 57 suppliers, Orkla Foods Norge was in 2017 rated second best in Category Management, third best in In-store Activities and third best overall among the suppliers – beaten only by our own sister company, Orkla Home & Personal Care and the dairy giant Tine.
The survey was conducted among 173 retail chain contacts from NorgesGruppen, Rema 1000, Coop Norway and Bunnpris, as part of the Kantar TNS annual ReMark survey: Norway’s leading tool for measuring trade perceptions of different suppliers across categories.
In addition, Spirit Gruppen conducted 35 in-depth interviews of store managers and retailers in 2018 about their relationship with suppliers. The survey clearly stated that Orkla and Tine are regarded as the two best suppliers – we were again on top 3 on all parameters.
In this survey Orkla was recognized as being the best supplier on campaign and in-store execution and, not least: we are also on top when they are asked which supplier is the most profitable to work with.
